Mouse Tuner（以下、「当アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシー保護を極めて重要視しています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、当アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 情報の収集・送信について
当アプリは、個人情報を含め、いかなるデータも収集・送信しません。当アプリは通信機能を持たず、外部サーバー等へデータを送ることは一切ありません。
2. 端末内で扱う情報について
当アプリは、スクロール方向の反転とマウスボタンへのショートカット割り当てを行うため、マウスのスクロールおよびボタンの操作をその場で処理します。
記録・保存しない情報：マウスの操作内容、キーボードの入力内容、使用中のアプリの情報、個人を特定できる情報
ユーザーが作成した設定は、ユーザーの端末内（当アプリ専用の領域）にのみ保存されます。
3. 許可（アクセス権）の利用目的
- アクセシビリティ
目的：マウスのスクロール方向の書き換え、および割り当てたキーボードショートカットの送信
この許可を上記以外の目的に使用することはありません。キーボードの入力を監視することもありません。当アプリが他のアプリの画面内容を読み取ったり、操作したりすることはありません。
4. 分析ツール・第三者への提供について
当アプリは、アクセス解析・広告・クラッシュレポート等のサードパーティ製ツールを使用していません。データを収集しないため、第三者へ提供することもありません。
5. 免責事項
当アプリの利用により生じたトラブルや損害について、開発者は合理的な範囲を超えての責任を負いかねます。

Privacy Policy
Mouse Tuner (the “App”) places the utmost importance on protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled within the App.
1. Collection and Transmission of Information
The App does not collect or transmit any data, including personal information. The App has no network features and never sends data to any external server.
2. Information Handled on Your Device
To reverse the scroll direction and assign keyboard shortcuts to mouse buttons, the App processes mouse scroll and button events as they occur.
Information not recorded or stored: mouse activity, keyboard input, information about the apps you use, personally identifiable information
Settings created by the user are stored only on the user’s device, in the App’s own container.
3. Purpose of Permissions
- Accessibility
Purpose: changing the scroll direction of the mouse, and sending the keyboard shortcuts assigned by the user
This permission is never used for any other purpose, and the App never monitors keyboard input. The App never reads or controls the content of other apps.
4. Analytics Tools and Third Parties
The App does not use any third-party tools for analytics, advertising, or crash reporting. Because no data is collected, nothing is provided to third parties.
5. Disclaimer
The developer cannot be held responsible, beyond a reasonable extent, for any trouble or damages arising from the use of the App.

利用規約
本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、アプリ「Mouse Tuner」（以下、「当アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。
第1条（適用）
ユーザーは、当アプリをダウンロード・利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（設定データの管理）
当アプリの設定は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
設定のバックアップや管理はユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。端末の故障、紛失、アプリのアンインストール等による設定の消失について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
第3条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、当アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 当アプリの解析、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング等を行う行為
- 当アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第4条（免責事項）
当方は、当アプリに事実上または法律上の欠陥（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
当アプリはマウスの入力を変更するため、他のアプリやゲーム等での操作に影響する場合があります。当アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
第5条（サービス内容の変更・終了）
当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、当アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を停止・終了することができるものとします。
第6条（規約の変更）
当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions of use for the app “Mouse Tuner” (the “App”).
Article 1 (Application)
By downloading and using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Management of Settings)
The App’s settings are stored only on the user’s device.
Backing up and managing settings is the sole responsibility of the user. We assume no responsibility for loss of settings caused by device failure, loss, uninstallation of the App, or similar events.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following:
- Analyzing, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the App
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Acts that violate applicable laws or public order and morals
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
We make no warranty, express or implied, that the App is free of factual or legal defects (including, without limitation, defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, as well as errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
Because the App modifies mouse input, it may affect how other apps or games respond to your mouse. We assume no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Article 5 (Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service)
We may change the content of the App, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users.
Article 6 (Changes to These Terms)
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice to users whenever we deem it necessary.
